The short version: Gravity Torrent does not collect, store, or sell any personal information, and we operate no servers. The only third party involved is Google AdMob, which displays ads in the mobile app — and those ads can be removed with a one-time purchase.
1 Data we collect
None. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics SDKs, and no telemetry. We do not track your activity, build advertising profiles, or log the torrents you add, stream, or download.
2 No servers, no cloud
Gravity Torrent is a BitTorrent client that runs entirely on your device and connects directly to the BitTorrent network and peers. Your torrents and downloaded content stay on your device. Team Antigravity operates no backend, so there is nowhere for your data to be collected or stored by us.
Note that BitTorrent is a public, peer-to-peer protocol: while we never see your activity, other peers in a swarm can observe the IP address participating in that swarm, exactly as with any torrent client. Use a VPN if that concerns you.
3 Advertising — Google AdMob
On mobile (Android & iOS), the app shows ads served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob may process limited information such as a device advertising identifier, coarse device data, and general (non-precise) location. This is the only data processing associated with Gravity Torrent, and it is handled by Google — not by us. We never receive this data. Desktop builds (Windows, macOS, Linux) contain no ads.
- Remove ads: a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase permanently disables all ads, with restore-purchase support across your devices.

- You can reset or limit ad personalization any time via your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
4 Purchases
The "remove ads" purchase is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details. The store reports only whether the entitlement is active so the app can hide ads.
5 Device permissions
- Network: to connect to torrent peers and trackers and to transfer data.
- Storage: to save downloaded files where you choose.
- Notifications (optional): to report download and streaming progress.
6 Children
Gravity Torrent is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included.
